initially decided to meet germs at 745am to watch the national team selections
but woke up at 7, body aching..
so msged germs to ask if she still wanted to go
and she replied "SLEEP IS GOOD!"
so we both went back to sleep.
woke up at ten, read the newspapers and had breakfast!
okay, it's not supposed to be something WOW!
but.. its been long since i can wake up and laze ard in the hse
without having to wake up at 6, pack bag and chiong out.

collected our new sexy blue&white jerseys!

combined trng with ny!
did the 3 races + 8 7 6 5 4 with
mark/ben hardgay/derrick and ali/mel
SO FUN!
the 1st race mark/ben won us by like 3 boatlengths!
the 2nd race they gave us 7strokes handicap, and won us by 1/2 boatlength
the 3rd race we really CHIONGED like mad cus we didnt want them to catch us!
in the end we won them, even though they gave us 10strokes handicap.
i think combined trng really challenges us
like you're not willing to give up
giving your best fight to the opponents
(even though your opponents are guys!)
and when mark said "wah girls, you really pushed us"
its like what cher meant when he said to us
dont have to win, just give your opponents a good fight.

rowing with the two other boats is really damn funny!
was doing the 8 buoys on off thingy and mark said
